POLICE DEPARTMENT

The Town of Newbury Police Department is made up of 5 full-time Officers and 2 part-time Officers. We currently have a K-9 and patrol boat. Full-time Officers enjoy a 4 and 3 schedule, take home car (provided they live within 5 miles of Town) and a very generous benefits package. Salary ranges from $52,353 to $72,800 depending on experience.

Newbury is home to both Mount Sunapee and Lake Sunapee and serves as home to approximately 2200 year round residents which rises to approximately 5000 in the summer months.
