THE CITY OF MERIDEN IS ACCEPTING APPLICATION FOR ENTRY LEVEL POLICE OFFICERS
We Want You for the Meriden Police Department
The City of Meriden announces an open recruitment process for the position of entry level Police Officer. Applicants will be required to successfully complete a written examination, drug screening, physical ability test, thorough background investigation, polygraph, psychological, oral interview, spelling test, handwritten essay, and physical examination.
The City will accept applicants who have met the application criteria as set below.
Closing date is April 1, 2023
Application Process:
You must take and pass the Connecticut Police Chiefs Association - CPCA written
You must take and pass the Police Physical Ability Assessment Program (CHIP) CT CHIP
You must be 21 by date of appointment
You must complete an online application and upload a resume to PoliceApp.com
