POCONO MOUNTAIN REGIONAL POLICE
2023 HIRING PROCESS
Applications close on March 26, 2023 at 11:59 pm.
The Pocono Mountain Regional Police Department is now accepting applications for Police Officer. All applicants must possess a High School diploma or G.E.D and must have reached their 21st birthday before the deadline for submitting applications. All applicants must be a US Citizen and possess a valid PA driver’s license prior to appointment. Selection by written exam – physical agility tests – oral interview – polygraph and background investigation.
WRITTEN EXAM
The written exam is scheduled for Sunday, 2 April 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Kalahari Convention Center and Resort, 250 Kalahari Blvd, Pocono Manor, PA 18349. Breakfast will be served prior to testing.
TESTING BEGINS PROMPTLY AT 10:00 AM.
Every applicant who receives one of the top sixty (60) scores and scores seventy percent (70%) or higher in the written examination will qualify to participate in the Physical Fitness Test.
PHYSICAL FITNESS TEST
The Physical Fitness Test is scheduled for Sunday, May 7, 2023 in Pocono Summit, PA.
