Job Announcement

The Franklin Township Police Department is seeking interested candidates for a Class II Special Officer Position.  The position is for 40 hours per week.  Interested candidates must posses a New Jersey PTC Class II certification.  We typically hire our Class II officers full time after an evaluation period as a Class II.  We currently are a 42 man police department and we police three towns in two counties.  We have answered over 50,000 calls for service in 2023 and our patrol area spans approx. 70 square miles.
