On behalf of the men and women of the Hudson Police Department, welcome to our website and thank you for taking the time to learn about our organization. My name is Tad Dionne and I am honored to have the privilege of serving the community as the Chief of Police.

The dedicated professionals of the Hudson Police Department serve a population of 25,000 citizens. Whether you are residing, visiting, or working in Hudson, our mission is to keep you safe. Our motto of "Partners with the Community" shows we are committed to collaborating with the citizens of Hudson to solve problems. Our commitment to superior customer service and fostering positive relationships is unwavering.

The Hudson Police Department is extremely proud of being a Nationally Accredited agency, and our latest Accreditation On-site resulted in the police department being given a Meritorious Award of Excellence. This award is a direct reflection of the dedication and hard work of ALL the Hudson Police employees, whether they are a sworn officer or civilian.
