• Possess Certification from the NJ Police Training Commission for the Basic Course for Special law enforcement officer Class II
• United States Citizen that possesses a valid driver’s license
• Age 18 or older
• Possess a High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Be of good moral character
• Good physical condition
• Pass Background Investigation, Medical Examination, Psychological Profile
